1. Terms of Service (TOS)

Welcome to BlockArt. By accessing or using our application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Moderation & Removal

   • BlockArt may review, moderate, limit visibility, or remove any content at any time if it violates our policies or legal requirements.

   • Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or removal.

3. Reporting Mechanism

   • Users can report any content they believe to be inappropriate or harmful.

   • All reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken—typically within 24 hours.

4. User Responsibility

   • You agree not to impersonate others or submit content on behalf of another person without permission.

   • By uploading content, you grant BlockArt the permission to store, display, and process your content as necessary for operating the platform.

1.5 Payments and Transactions

Purchases made within BlockArt are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

1.6 Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive activity.

 

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and BlockArt governing your use of the application.

2.1 License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BlockArt solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• You may not use the app to distribute harmful or illegal content.
• You may not attempt to interfere with system security or servers.

2.3 Acceptance of Terms
